Roller skis
Roller skis are the key training tool for cross-country skiers in summer. They let you maintain technique and endurance all year.
At XCSkiGuru you’ll find roller skis for classic, skate and double poling. Each model is designed and tested for both active skiers and elite athletes.

Softer wheels = more grip, harder = faster rolling

Skate models are wider, classic skis longer and more stable

In summer, train with slower wheels (e.g. #3) to build strength, then switch to faster wheels just before the snow to sharpen speed

Always wear protection: helmet, glasses, gloves – on roller skis it’s more likely that you’ll fall at some point during the summer than stay upright all the time
