Delivery methods in Finland

• Matkahuolto Pickup Points: pickup from the nearest service point

• Posti: pickup from a parcel locker or post office

Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the size, weight, and delivery method of the package.

• Delivery in Finland: €6.00

• Delivery to EU countries: €10.00

Delivery time

• Domestic deliveries: usually 2–5 business days after order confirmation

• EU deliveries: usually 5–12 business days depending on the country

Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email to follow your package via the carrier’s service.

Shipping restrictions

• We currently do not deliver outside the EU.

• Large or heavy shipments may incur additional charges – we will inform you of these separately before delivery.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
