Roeckl LIT 2 – lightweight and breathable ski gloves

The Roeckl LIT 2 is designed for those who want maximum feel and breathability in warm conditions . The gloves continue the legacy of the Roeckl Grip classic, but are even lighter and more airy. The result is a glove that fits like a second skin and performs perfectly in hot weather or during intense training.

  • Second-skin feel – The Roeckl-Grip material is thin and flexible, ensuring a precise and natural grip on the handlebar.

  • Breathable mesh upper – allows airflow over the hand, keeping palms cool even at high speeds.

  • Comfort Cut fit – the cut follows the natural shape of the hand without unnecessary seams.

  • Touchscreen compatibility – you can use your phone without taking off your gloves.

  • Lightweight construction – no unnecessary weight, the gloves are barely noticeable on your hands, but the protection remains.

💡 xcSkiGuru's tips

  • Extremely secure grip – the less material between your hand and the handle or strap, the more precise the feel.

  • Recommended weather range – from +5 °C up to +25 °C, making it the perfect glove from spring to autumn and for the roller skiing season.

  • Cool summer day gloves – the mesh construction makes this model excellent for warm weather and long workouts.

  • Care tip – wash after use at 30–40 °C, but avoid fabric softener and tumble drying. Air dry → this way the material stays firm and the grip lasts longer.

  • Who is it suitable for? – Active skiers and roller skiers who want an uncompromising feel and maximum breathability.

Size guide – Roeckl Laikko

Choosing the right size ensures that the glove fits snugly and that your grip on the handle and strap remains stable even at high speeds.

1. Measure the circumference of your palm.

  • Take a measuring tape and wrap it around your palm below your fingertips (at the knuckles) .

  • Do not include the thumb in the measurement.

  • Keep your hand relaxed during the measurement.

2. Check the size chart

Palm circumference (cm) Recommended Roeckl size
16 – 17.5 cm 6.5
17.5 – 19 cm 7
19 – 20.5 cm 7.5
20.5 - 22 cm 8
22-23 cm 8.5
23–24 cm 9
24-26 cm 9.5
26-27 cm 10
27-28 cm 10.5
28-29 cm 11

(The chart is based on Roeckl's official size recommendation.)

3. xcSkiGuru's tips for choosing the right size

  • The glove should fit snugly , but not too tight. A glove that is too loose will weaken your grip on the handle and strap.

  • If you are between two sizes , generally choose the smaller one → Roeckl materials are flexible and adapt to the shape of your hand with use.

  • Remember the intended use : for competition use, many choose a tighter fit, while for training use, you can leave a little more room for comfort.

  • Try with both hands – often the dominant hand is slightly larger, and the correct size is determined accordingly.
