Swix V55 Red Special Hardwax is a grip wax for warm, near-zero temperatures when the snow is wet and partially transformed. It provides reliable grip when regular violet wax series (like V50) are no longer effective, but conditions aren't yet suitable for klister waxes.

• Lubrication instructions: Apply thin layers to the grip base, cork each one separately and smooth out.

• Use in conjunction with colder waxes (e.g. V40/V45) if the weather is around zero degrees Celsius.

• Works well as a grip wax in spring marathons, where the weather warms up during the day.
