Refund policy

Returns – 14 Days

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can return an item within 14 days after receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can start a return by sending us a message at info@xcskiguru.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:
Kissanmaankatu 12, 33520 Tampere, Finland.

For returns, you will receive a return shipping label together with your delivery, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This way, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like cosmetics). Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Gift cards cannot be returned.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and purchase a new one after your return has been approved in writing.


EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Unless the above conditions prevent it, you may cancel or return orders shipped within the European Union within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation. Such a return requires that the item is in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will also let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
