Fischer Speedmax 7 Skate WS BOA® – precise fit and efficient power transfer for women
Fischer Speedmax 7 Skate WS BOA® is a performance-focused skating boot designed for ambitious female cross-country skiers. It combines the race-inspired Speedmax construction with Fischer's women-specific Race WS Fit and precise dual-zone BOA® adjustment.
The 2-zone BOA® Fit System Li2 allows the heel/ankle area and forefoot to be adjusted independently. This makes it possible to secure the heel firmly without over-tightening the forefoot, while also allowing quick fine-tuning during training or racing.
A lightweight and stiff CARBONFUSED® cuff and chassis provide the lateral stability required for efficient skate skiing. The construction supports the ankle during edging and helps transfer power directly from the skier to the ski.
The stiff TURNAMIC® Speedmax sole completes the performance-oriented package. The result is a stable and responsive skate boot that combines race-level characteristics with good all-day comfort.

In a skate boot, secure heel hold matters more than simply tightening the entire boot as much as possible.
Start by adjusting the heel area until the heel stays securely in place when edging the ski. Then fine-tune the forefoot so the fit feels snug without excessive pressure.
Race WS Fit is intentionally close and performance-oriented. The toes can sit close to the front of the boot, but they should still have some freedom of movement and there should be no distinct pressure points.
An oversized boot cannot be corrected simply by tightening the BOA system harder.
