Maurten Drink Mix 160 – light energy with Hydrogel

Hydrogel is a Swedish innovation that revolutionised energy intake in endurance sports. Maurten developed the first drink where carbohydrates are encapsulated in a hydrogel made from natural fibres (sodium alginate and pectin). This gel forms in the stomach, ensuring that:
