✂️ Sizing and cutting instructions
Poles are delivered full-length and should be cut to size measured from the ground to the top of the grip.
Recommendations:

Classic: height × 0.83–0.85

Skate: height × 0.88–0.90
👉 Example: skier 180 cm → classic ~150–153 cm, skate ~158–162 cm.
🔧 Grip removal and installation

Removal: Grip is pressed on without hot glue → pull straight off, avoid twisting.

Cutting: Measure, mark and cut with a fine-tooth saw. Smooth edge lightly with sandpaper.

Installation: Apply glue, press grip on straight, check alignment, let dry before use.
