Swix Marathon Black is a fluorine-free special gliding wax, specially developed for long distances and challenging snow conditions. The wax contains additives that improve wear resistance and dirt repellency. The black pigment reduces static electricity and makes it an excellent choice for dirty and dirty snow.

• Lubricating instructions: Melt the wax on the base with a grease iron (approx. 155–160 °C), let it cool carefully and scrape off a thin layer.

• Brushing sequence: Use multi-step brushing → steel → bronze → nylon → wool → this will get the bottom clean quickly.

• Use products from the Jet Powder or Jet Liquid series as a top coat, depending on the weather → this combination is the most durable and slip-resistant.

• Remember to do the groundwork carefully: good ground cleaning and leveling will pay off on the race trip.
