A finishing brush is not intended to remove a thick layer of wax. Complete the main brushing first with the appropriate stiffer brush and use the Nylon Finishing Brush as the final step.
Brush lightly from tip to tail until very little fine wax dust is released from the base. There is no need for heavy pressure – several light, quick passes produce a cleaner finish.
